I was wondering what the difference between kaskrin and stormies is. Are the kaskrin a completely different unit or are they a new unit to replace stormies? Also would I be able to use kaskrin as stormies as they look a lot better.
Kaskrin are the elite of the cadian military but there the same as stormtroopers so yeah you can use the models. (The models are loads nice than the stomrtroopers anyway)
Yeah, Kasrkin == Stormtroopers. There is no difference.
And yes, they do look mega-cool.
So, when the... uhh.. Xenohunters(?) Codex is released, will there be even cooler stormtroopers? i don't know if I should by regular, kasrkin or the next ones, if there are any.
Well, they changed the DH Stormies from vanilla ones to Kaskrin before WH came out, and WH happens to use the same as DH does. So I'm betting the XH ones will be the exact same.
And besides the XH codex basically hasn't even been started yet. I talked to a GW employee at the local store, and he told me that once they finished WH, they had the BBB redo, and once that was 100% done, THEN they'd start XH. So they won't even get going on that till this fall
Time to bust out the white paint and start makin Imperial Stromtroopers from starwars.

Agh, the joys of Kaskrin, my sargent has a massive afro, it looks realy cool.
Yea, they are interchangeable.
The main differences are that IG stormtroopers have larger squades but not as much cool wargear.
