I have been fighting the new chaos berserker list multiple times and I am quite a bit of trouble. My opponent is using rhinos to run all of his squads across the field. I am having trouble dealing with the overwhelming number berzerkers in my face. What kind of tactics/units might be benificial to me??
As I don't remember specific rules on berserkers, I dont recall whether they are allowed in the rhinos.
So are they in the rhino's or following behind the rhinos?
And what type of list are you running?
Legion Of Everblight: Abyslonia
Protectorate of Menoth: Grand Exemplar Kreoss
they are allowed in rhinos and by the by he would be insane not to take em
not sure what the biggie is though they are expensive so just rend his rhinos and blast the contents things like vindicaters, devastatror and bolter tac squads are your best bet just remember never under any circumstances try to out chomp a khorne army it's just plain suicide

One of the things to remember is that beserkers are quite expensive so you need to make your opponent feel that...
There are a few things which you can do that can really annoy bezerkers... The most important thing to do is get the charge in on them... that will stop them from getting their furious charge off on you.
THe other thing you need to do is focus on taking out those rhinos!
All you want to do is stun them and its all good as it will slow down their advance and give you more chances to shoot at them...
I guess the thing is what else are they bringing to the battle?
It is always worth uning cover to your advantage as well and some good deployment to make it harder for them to get to you without being exposed.
Another thing which can be really helpful are things from the fast attack slots, in particular things like land speeders... as you can use your speed advantage to keep yourself out of range of the charge.
A sneaky tactic that you could also think about is taking rhinos yourself, letting them get close then move your unit around their rhinos so they can't get out as if there is a model within 1" of the exit point they can't get out... then they will have to move and deploy out which meanns that you can shoot them from a distance and keep out of that charge range.
That is just a few ideas that you could try. Hope they help.
