Hi, I am a Daemonhunter player and am thinking of converting a bunch of Grey Knight Terminators... just wondering about the Crusader's shield, because it's absolutely perfect for a storm shield in my mind...
Anyways, I was wondering for those of you who have the boxed set, is the shield a seperate piece or am I going to have to do some creative cutting/sawing? I am sincerly hoping it's a seperate piece for ease of use and to make it easy to buy via bitz
its not out yet....

Yep, one piece.
And over there we have the labyrinth guards.
One always lies, one always tells the truth, and one stabs people who ask tricky questions.
But remember that it's only right-handed, unless you're prepared to do some fiddily conversion work.

Witchhunter crusaders' shields are indeed one piece with their bodies, but they only connect at the foot (with the end of their robe) and at the top with the crusader's hand (he is grasping the top of the shield), so it would be pretty easy to cut them off without damaging the shield. There are two crusader models too, one in the inquisitor lord boxed set and another in a blister (with two sages/acolytes, one servo skull). They are basically the same model with regards to shield positioning though.
