Black Templars Upgrade sprue - help

Can anyone direct me to a picture or listing of the Black Templar's upgrade box components? I know what vehicle upgrades are included, but how many crusader helmets are there, how many different front armor pieces are there. I know you have to have existing marines to even use the upgrade sprues, but how many troops do I need, or how many troops can I upgrade per box? Are the sword brethern the same thing? I thought they were metal/pewter instead of plastic.

with the amount of marines you can 'upgrade' as many as there are parts in the box or as many as you are willing to overload with finnkiky bits. regarding the sword brethren, they are in a seperate box.
Ok fellows we have a difficult task, so we have to be more deadly than everyday.

The black templar sprue is purely cynimatic and ultimately unneccesary. If you want, just use codex: marine guys painted black. I do like the sprue though and recommend dispersing a smattering of bits to get the feel right.
