I've been a long time fan of the Sisters, but haven't been able to afford to start collecting them. So, what I've decided to do is to collect bit by bit, and slowly replace Inducted Guard with Sisters. I have about 1000pts of Imperial Guard, give or take a bit.
So, I was thinking of something along the lines of:
Cannoness with Jump Pack (I already have a figure I can use for this - collectors model jump pack Seraphim).
6 Celestians and an Immolator (to be purchased)
1 squad of 10 Sisters (to be purchased)
in Rhino (in the interium will use a generically painted Rhino I use for other armies)
1 squad Armoured Fist in Chimera (using existing figures)
2 IG platoons (using existing figures)
Sentinel (using existing figures)
Seraphim (would only be able to purchase 5 of them)
Dominion squad in Immolator (to be purchased)
2 Whirlwinds - turn into Exorcists (1 to be purchased)
1 Leman Russ (using existing figures)
So, is this a viable method of collecting, or is there anything I should change around? i.e. order this, drop that. Also, would it even be worth it from a viable army list? One alternative is to drop Elites and add another unit of Sisters in Rhino as troops.
My budget is about 80 pounds, give or take a bit.
Any ideas or suggestions?

Start with a battle sisters squad. They seem to be what your army is aiming towards and they are basic troops so you can experiment. See what colour scheme works for you.
And over there we have the labyrinth guards.
One always lies, one always tells the truth, and one stabs people who ask tricky questions.
