Now I know you all already love missle launchers, however, in fifth edition, they'll get even better. With the new blasts rule you'll be hitting tons of infantry compared to what you used to. That's actually all I wanted to say, just wanted to point it out in case you didn't know already.
My gaming group's new motto: That army you're using is overpowered because it hurts my guys, codex is broken and needs a rewrite.
Yea, this is great! I always thought is daft that a blast weapon would fail to hit and so evaporate. This is much more realistic. Deviation!
Well you'll still miss if you scatter (ave marine scatter 3", max 8"). But I agree they are going to be more fun, especially four in a Dev Squad.

Current armies: Deathwing and Grey Knights (I'd have more if my wife would let me)
The only downside is the reduced effectiveness against AV 14.

The "A Smart Player Will..." theory is a complete paradox. If we make an assumption that everything we do is outsmarted, then theoretically we can never win.
Verily. However! Let's not forget about the thundering pain Typhoon missiles will dish out!
"Luck often enough, will save a man, if his courage hold".
Warm fraggy fuzziness is sure to abound
I LOVE the smell of promethium in the morning!
Of course if you have a 4 ML squad and they all fire frag as a multiple blast you could end up with a line of templates running perpendicular to the enemy unit, and only hitting 2 models...
Hopefully not, but it could happen!
