Ok, I wrote a few days ago that I was quite unhappy with the Inquisition being pushed back to the end of the 5-year plan. I also said that if the FAQs were not up to my expectation (no stat-lines, point cost or such, just dealing with the issues like GKGM's force weapon, what a daemons?, GK's useless Rites of Exorcism, etc) I would start complaining to GW.
This is where I need your help. First of all, I will send a letter to GW, by real snail mail. If I get no answer in a few weeks, I'll fax it. Then email it. Then phone. But I hope all of you will be doing an assortment of all those means in the next few weeks. Any one mean, it doesn't have to be in the same order! The important thing is to do it massively. I know it might be futile. But right now, I've got a few thousand dollars invested in those armies (not counting time to assemble/paint them) so I've got nothing to lose.
Here is the letter I'm sending. Feel free to use it as a template. As a general rule, keep it civil. Insulting or dirty comment usually tend to be disregarded (or even have the opposite effect that you would wish for).

Games Workshop Customer Service
I write to you as a Games Workshop client. I have been playing Warhammer 40 000 for about 4 years now. As such, I have invested a fair amount in the models that you and Forgeworld sell. This culminated with buying a Warhound and a Reaver over the last year. The main armies I play are Witchunters and Daemonhunters. I currently own over 150 models of those armies.
The reason I write to you is that I consider that, as a customer, I have been treated unfairly by your company. Games Workshop is, to me, a provider of goods (models) but also of service (rules). As such, your customer service in regards to both the Inquisitorial armies as been quite under my expectations. It angers me that I cant decently use those armies I have invested so much in, both in money and time.
In the last months, you launched and supported a variation to your game system called Apocalypse. Although your company promised support for all armies, Inquisitorial armies received little or no attention. A few weeks ago, Mr Jervis Johnson announced that the army rules (codex) would be updated according to a five years plan. At the same time, he mentioned that Inquisitorial armies would be at the tail end of the plan. That makes for a 8-9 year separation between rules updates. More than that, the FAQs you recently launch failed to address key issues with those armies. Again, as a customer, I find that unacceptable.
The reason my gaming group chose your game system is the awesome back story that accompanies it. Yet, a game is foremost a game and must be entertaining to start with. I will not start a different army as a response to the lack of up to date rules for the Inquisition. I feel that would be rewarding your company for the bad level of customer service it currently provides me with. Unfortunately, I will have to move on to a different game system.
As you can see, GW's main address is there. But send/fax/call your local GW (in my case GW Canada). Here are a few useful addresses
edit: I was asked by Andy Hoare to remove the email addresses, so I did.
I'll update the Plan as responses go. I already have some fun activities for you all (I might be sending a decapitated GK back to GW, for example.) We are customers, lets exercise our right to complain! I posted this here first, as I wish for your feedback. But I'll post it on other major forums also (Librarium Online, Warseer, etc...)

I've receive a nice reply from Andy Hoare, from his home! Now, that's the kind of customer service I'd hope for!
***Asked by Andy Hoare to not post the full reply as it was meant for recipient only-Mainly he wants to know why I found the Faqs unsatisfactory and says he hasn't forgotten about the Sisters of Battle in Apocalypse. He says codexes are put out with a commercial basis in mind.***
I'll reply to him later! Still, I guess if we keep calling, we'll be getting more answers (and show them that it's commercially good to accelerate the ETA!). Let's wait a few days before we bombard them with email, though!
We should work hard on the "to ask" thread:
As I'll reply to him (them!) on Monday and include all the questions there!
edit: took out the full reply.

librarium-online is not your personal army
when it rains it pours
GREAT NEWS!!!! I've received an answer from Andy Hoare. He basically will take actions!
I, for one, will wait until the new FAQ is out until I take furher actions! I would like, once again, to thank Andy Hoare who has been a real gentleman.

well ime kinda sorry for you WH players all you get is a FAQ besides that they barely mention you in the new rulebook fluff section i mean would it be soooo much fer GW to print 3 more pages with some fluff and new art for ya...apparently it would...this kinda gets me really irritated...i mean ok i got my share of fluff in the new boook but many Wh players didnt...including my fiancee...this is a large dissapointment the dissapearance of a faction that imho is a important one from fluff and the list of codicies later in the book is kinda like ignoring all the players who spent loads of cash on a army they concider irrelevant
ok that was my complaining for now
The strong will always enslave the weak. Where the strong make their own fate, the weak bow their heads and succumb. There are few who are strong and many are their enemies, and the greatest of those enemies is the false Emperor of Mankind
Capital letters and periods, my friends. Posts work much better when they're readable.
boreas, I'm impressed you got a response. So often these things seem to go unaddressed. Thanks for sharing the correspondence and doing so in a manner that doesn't make LO look like a bunch of whinging aggravants.
Thanks it's cool that someone has taken action. I wouldn't of thought to do this myself, Although I'm still pissed that they exclude us from everything(atleast almost everything).
