Under the vox entry, it says that one squad per turn may use the LD value of a command squad with a vox, but under the master vox entry it says that the squads may only use it for a single test per turn.
Also: I know voxes aren't really worth the points, but I'm giving them to my armored fist squads, and giving one to my HQ and one of my platoon commanders.

1 - How I think that work a Vox-Net.
1) Vox: A is a command squad, B & C are infantry squads all have a Vox (AKA radio). B or C can use the L of A once per turn.
2) Master-Vox: A is a command squad w/ Master-vox, B & C are infantry squads w/ Vox. B & C can use L of A once per turn.
Summary: Master allow more than one squad use the L of the commander, but every squad can use it only once per turn.
2 - Is a good investment?
Nop, is expensive and weak. But it look great, like if we really can call an air strike w/ napalm or an artillery barrage. I think that the majority play for fun, so if you say that you like to expend points for fluff reasons or just for the looks, thats is cool.
I'm not using a master, and my commander has LD9, so it's not that bad. 2 in command squads and 2 in armored fists isn't that expensive. I think it's worth it to let my LD7 armored fists have a chance at not running after a few casualties.
Well... in my opinion Close order drill with veteran sargents, is more independient, celular, cheaper and ease to use. Combined give the same L of a Heroic Senior Officer to every common squad. No matter if all the officers are killed. Even if the sargents to are killed, they still have better L. In 5th ed, these kind of bonus from the officers and the vox-operators can be a casualty on the first blood in the squad. And not losing an special weapon on the command squad is another plus.

Hmm, I didn't think of veteran sergeants. Thanks.
I think you need to spend more time on your floor.

My last argument against expend the points in a vox-caster net. With COD doctrine + Vet. Sgts. you can ad a plasma pistol/power fist/Stormbolter/CCPW or cheap bolter/surveyor to every common squad. The only problem is weapons of Area of efect, but I tend to keep my infantry in cover with terrain or tanks, so most of the time they already are in close formation.
Yeah, I'm going to use a vet with stormbolter in my armored fists. My regular line squads and heavy weapon squads will have to make do with leadership bubbles.
