As promised, these are three conversions I have made for VSS.
I have another two planned but I swore not to buy anything else before i finish painting the little mound of sisters I have now on my table.
Above: My first conversion. Very simple just swapped the plasma pistol for a bolter.
Above: Second conversion. To commemorate the Veteran Superior's victory over a warboss in a melee combat and slaying of a daemon prince this model was made. The knee has a skull of an ork. Not yet found... i think its in some other pile is a backpack with an impailed headcover from a defiler ( just looked to me like an appropriate trophy from a daemon prince). Has a knife cut-out from chaos marine sprue. Could be viewed as a sarissa but I just like to think that that is the only way to have your bolter.
Above: Last conversion made so far. Already standard bolter conversion. The book and chains are taken from Imperial Flagellant sprue. Could be a representation of a book of st lucias or just an ornament. I was watching the terminator, so I found a skull and put on her shoulder as well, I will paint it silver with one red eye... and I will call her Tha Gavernar!
Sorry if the pictures came out a bit fuzzy and not fitting. But yea, otherwise hope you will enjoy.
EDIT: Rhinos are in Orlando, ill grab them over the weekend and take some pictures of them to post so sit tight.
