i was just wondering what would make a witch hunter a radical,i only ask because im making a radical DH army and ive made a rather witch hunter like inquisitor, but have deamonhosts in my army,so no sisters for me,but what else could i take.
Generally they would make use of many psykers, and other such ways of using the warp against traitors, perhaps a number of arco-flagellents, repentia and penitant engines?
'Radical' inquisitors l,ike to use their opponents against themselves, and thus would make extended use of penitant psykers in their retinues, and generally anything that seems like it was once an enemy.
Perhaps you could models your storm troopers as if they had once turned against the imperium (Maybe with the squad leader as a commisar or similar) and they are trying to earn their redemption and an honourable death?

Fenrir: and magic.

Sisters Repentia, Arco-Flagellants and Penitent Engines are not really `radical'. In fact, the Repentia are no more radical than Battle Sisters. In the fluff sense; in the game sense, you have to be pretty radical to field them! Arco-Flagellants and Penitent Engines are repentant heretics too, which are used by the Ecclesiarchy, so they are also no more a radical Inquisitor's tools than a Battle Sisters.
Radical Inquisitors were never really given options; it was just fluff. About as Radical as you can get is to take a heap of Psyker powers and a penitent psyker. The Daemonhunters have their Daemonhosts, as you mentioned, but I think that is the only radical option Games Workshop ever included. Considering they mentioned that the next codeci will focus more on Sisters and Grey Knights, I cannot see there ever being any real options available for radical Inquisitors.
Stick with deamonhosts, assassins, penitent psykers, and Imperial Guard if you want a radical inquisitor. Radicals don't typically want the greater authorities to know what they're up to so having your own private army (the inducted gaurd) seems the best way to accomplish this.
Baring that, you can always include allied Space Marines from more radical chapters.
Also, wasn't there some WD rules a way back that let inquisitors have Deamon weapons?

There is a SM Chapter that allows their Masters to field Daemon Weapon - Relictors.
