What do you think is a good model count of troops in a 1850 point army. I plan on playing Mordian Iron Guard and Im trying to make it fluffy. Im also thinking about including 1-3 tanks but the army is mostly for city fight rules.
Id say about 2 infantry plattons and a Armourd fist sqd sounds about right.
PROUD TO BE IN THE BRITISH ARMY.

I use two infantry platoons in my 1850 point army. One of them has two squads and the other has four. This is just in case we roll a mission with reserves, which allows for placing one troops choice. Guess which one I pick?
I would suggest putting no less than 70 basic troops on the table (6 ten man squads and both command squads) in an 1850 or higher army list. This allows for a lot of troops to be killed, and still have a few more to complete the mission.
Hmm good idea. Well I post my list in the army list section so go check it out and then tell me what you think.
in an 1850, unless you're heavy tanks, you should have over 100. i like to run around 115+
I like a solid 80-90 men.
I normally had 2 Platoons of 3 squads each but H0ur had too good an idea. This gave me 70 men. And I usually take 1 or 2 armored fists depending on how big the table is and what my enemy is playing with.
