'Tis true. Chaplains and librarians are 2nd tier characters now, BS4, W2, I4 and such.

I still field my libby mate, the new powers make him one very tough cookie.
Jump Pack Chaplains might not be auto-include for an Assault Marine squad anymore but that doesn't mean they're not still useful. I still really like the Litanies of Hate rule and the new Librarian powers mean that the loss of certain stats (not just wounds) doesn't mean they're not an interesting unit to take. When my army is done, I'm quite excited to try out a librarian with a Storm Shield using the Might of Heroes power (or whatever it's called). Not a close combat monster but fairly solid all 'round. Make him an epistolary and give him Smite, just in case, and it's all good.
EDIT: Bwuh?! Another Rabbit?! When did you show up?
'ello NiteRabbit. =)
Yup, I'm aparently the latest rabbit on here, lol. Joined about 3 months ago I think.
I've been using this alias for about 9 years, so It's nothing new on my part, but I've never seen so many rabbits on the same forum before, lol.
I'm glad there's annother rabbit in England besides myself, hehe =)
