Im going to the semi-finals and i need some advice on how to take on an ork army with Two Super Biker Nob Squads with attached warboss on both squads. I play a mostly drop pod army and have run some moch tests to see if i could take out these insane ass bikers and i cant figure out how to handle these bastards. I have trouble with just one nob biker squad but if their is two then im gonna have to seriously roll really good to stop the nob bikers. Only thing in my army that has a prayer of dealing with them is tigirius and his fear of the dark which is still legal for the semi-finals.

Though they're insanely strong, they're also insanely expensive. With a drop pod army it may be hard sorting them out, but I think that if you shoot at them enough, or otherwise try to ignore them altogether, it may help.

What's your army list? I thought 5th edition marines were for the semis, I can think of alot in that codex to deal with it.
But in 4th edition, while still maintaining a drop pod army, you could try to force saves, maybe get a couple of deathwind missile launchers. Melta's, multimeltas, missile launchers and lascannons would instant kill them, which is nice considering its a bunch of 2 wound models, although the 4+ cover save they get is nice. A dreadnought with heavy flamer and assault cannon out do a number to them.
Most Notable Achievements:
Killed a Revenant Titan in one shot.
Killed 900 pts worth of Blood Angels in 2 turns while only loosing 4 pts.
4+ cover and T5 shouldn't be too hard to deal with.
Heavy flamers will sort them out very quickly, getting to use them could be a bit problematic though. I'd recommend old faithful, rapid-fire as many bolters into them as you can, they will fail saves and die.
Also, try pinning. The squad size will be small and should be able to fail pinning test.

The "A Smart Player Will..." theory is a complete paradox. If we make an assumption that everything we do is outsmarted, then theoretically we can never win.
