im starting to get a grey knight army but im afraid its going to be small.2squads of grey knights, 1 squad of terminators, and HQ with a retiune. i want to hear if its to small and if i need to expand.
Well, basically any Daemonhunter force you are going to start with is going to be small. But as far as expansion goes. I would suggest more troops, or inducted IG to boost your numbers. I've got a relatively small force at the moment as well and have a Callidus assassin and Dreadnought that have served quite well in the service of the emperor.
That's basically the force I started with (and I got beat 9/10 times)
To make it effective, you need 2 S.Trooper squads (In Rhino's would help) equipped with Plasma/melta guns AND a couple PsyCannons for the Gk's.
That's got me by in most games (although the tank-busting ability is limited to small tanks)
After that, bonus is: (in NB order)
Dreadnought: Missile launcher/TL LasCannon
More PsyCannons (purgation)
GK LandRaider / Crusader
Assassins and Daemonhosts add to the fun element.
BTW: Grand-master kicks ass!
I've equipped mine with PsyCannon (BS 5, and shoot on the move!
I'm a PSyCannon fan, can you tell??
