Welcome to Librarium Online!
I played my first game with Sisters last night, and have a question about doing an Act of Faith on a unit.
I had a unit of 8 Seraphim, which was joined by a Cannoess with jump pack.
I did Spirit of the Martyr on the Seraphim unit (which I failed - fickle dice gods).
I then wanted to try it on just the Cannoness. This lead to a discussion, which neither I nor my friend know the correct solution (I'm going to be the only one at the club who plays Sisters, so don't have anyone to call upon).
Questions coming out of this discussion:
1) I assume I can do more than 1 AoF per turn?
2) If I wanted to try a second act on the Cannoness, would she take a leadership test, and if passed then try the AoF?
3) At what point does the faith point dissapear? i.e. Does she burn a point even before the leadership roll, or is it after the leadership roll is passed?
For the record, I lost, but it was a nice game, and gave me lots of ideas for future army lists.

you may use more then one Act of faith a turn. just not the same one for the same squad. Cannoness becomes part of the squad she joined with in all terms to act of faith. she counts as squad numbers for the squad test of faith. therefore she cannot use a seprete test if she is in the squad.
as for the last question. it shouldent matter when the faith point is burned. its burned wether you pass or fail if thats what your asking.
Fear the Fun.
What Shade said, you use acts with units, so as long as she is joined, she can't take seperate tests, but is also affected by tests the squad makes. It's all on page 18 of the codex.
also take note that seraphim dont benefit from hit and run if joined by a canoness *sadface*
otherwise funshade is correct.
welcome the the sisterhood... brother...
