I just finished a 1500 pt game with my Black Templars vs. Eldar. My recently purchased Crusader was a beast - it mostly got ignored, but managed to massacre squads of Guardians and Dire Avengers. My opponent used three Wave Serpents and a Falcon (with Harlies.) This was a very frustrating thing to have to fight. I had a Predator Annihilator, but it got destroyed turn 2, leaving me with no hope of doing anything to these Serpents. My ability to use the LRC's assault ramps were annulled by his keeping his units inside the vehicles, and it was just a rather frustrating match.
How do you Black Templars deal with Wave Serpents and Falcons (especially the former.) I know the general idea is to hit them so they can't shoot, but its not their shooting that hurts me as much as my inability to bring the troops within them to a fight.

You need plenty of S8 weapons such as missile launchers or long rande MMs (remember close range MMs make no difference). Mobile firepower can also work well such as mechanised plasma guns or drop pod meltas who aim for the rear armour. It is even better if you destroy a serpent and have one of your units within 2" of its only escape hatch. Then all the occupants die. This also happens if the serpents hugg the table edge to stop you from getting behind them. Fast moving land speeders or turbo boosting bikes can zip round the back to block escape then shoot the tank with other units.
In the new marine codex dreads with 2 TL autocannon can be useful at hunting eldar vehicles with plenty of accurate shots and good range.
