i've got some questions about charging with bikers and assault troops,
they've both a movement of 12". if these units charge, do they have a chrage range of 12" or 6" like the normal infantri units??
i don't know this because i've been playing whfb all the time, and i don't have the new rule book yet.
Marines have nothing that charges 12" (Very Indirect, but doesn't give away any rules )

can bikes "run"?
i cant for the life of me find a straight answer from the big bad book :c
It's under the section that details how bikes and jetbikes move. Short answer though, is no. There's one single exception in the SM codex.
so that means ,if i read it right
bikes can not run and can move up to 18" with charge a turn and infantry can also move 18" a turn because they can run and bikes not
Well, Infantry charging 18" all depends on whether they have a certain ability or not.
Khan can run on his bike but you could also take Shrike and give your whole army FLEET. Then attach him to your bike squad before the game and the bike squad can infiltrate and run(fleet)!
But Fleet is different now. It doesn't let things run, it changes the run rule for the things that can run.
Once a Marine, always a Marine.
