Why have blood angels termies with thunder hammer and storm shield a 4 + invulnerable and the normal vanilla marines a 3 + invul. armor save.
Is this a fault in the blood angel codex or is this again a advantage for the vanilla marines.
The Blood Angels' codex is older than the Vanilla codex, so that's some food for thought right there.
As for whether it's a fault or an advantage, I think only GW can give a definite answer to that.
Not just Blood Angels, EVERY older codex still uses whatever rules are printed in them. Daemonhunters, Black Templars, Dark Angels, oddly enough the Space Wolves actually says to reference Codex Space Marines, so they get horrendously cheap 3+ Invul Saves.
Blais's Paint Studio-Getting broken armies good soft scores since 2009
Ok , but the blood angels codex is updated this year and they still have the 4+ invulrable save. You can download him from the website and they also introduce that update from the codex in two white dwarf numbers. Maybe when the book come out it will be fixed.
