Death cult Assassins and Arco's are they worth the points, especially when they also need inquisitors to run them...do you use them or recommend using either of them,if so in what way?
Death Cult Assassins in 4th edition used to be a pretty decent choice, but they along with most assassins were hit by a few of the new rules changes mainly: not being able to consolidate into close combat, and less LOS blocking terrain.
Acros on the other hand require a priest to use them, but my advice is don't bother with them. They are ridiculously expensive, they're only delivery system kills them, and even with T5 and a 4++ save they're are quite fragile.
So try out death cult assassins and don't even bother with Acros, they just aren't worth it.
In games of 1500 or less, I'd suggest the Eversor, and maybe invest a few bits into some CC wargear on the required Inquisitor. You will spend fewer points and get the some of the talents you had in mind.
In larger games, with a more populated battlefield, and with more situations and roles to fill, Arcos will find it easier to render a good payout. The Priest "penalty", (as I call it), is somewhat offset in a larger points situation, and he too, can more easily find a profitable situation on a denser battlefield.
The DCA is a good gamepiece that can be very effectively, but when the kill-point rule is in force, the DCA becomes more of a liability than asset.
I've read about players who use 6 DCAs + Eversor to Infiltrate, followed a turn or two later by Seraphim attacks, followed a turn or two later by battle-sister flame attacks. If executed properly (and this can't be easy), you could control the entire game right from setup. I believe this was easier to pull off in 4th, and I'm not sure if it's used in 5th. That question can be answered in the WH Tacticia thread on Warseer. Any WH player would profit by reading all posts in that thread.

I have 6 DCAs and painted them waaaay too late into 4th - used them once or twice. They did OK, but I had problems with proper coordination with the rest of the army as Red said above. Arcos - well, a friend of mine uses them every game of 1500pts and they do work for him - he usually mauls their point back. Last game against my Crons all 6 of them died due to him rolling 6s for his distance and number of attack and I did not kill a single one on my own I believe. Fun units to play with, do not take them to a tournament, however, in the right hands... I would take them over Penitent Engines and Repentias though if you want some "crazies" in your list, and if you are going for Inquisitorial army (not as much as SOB list), then they are a must-have unit
