Would many people have a problem if I used the Saint Celestine model to represent a Canoness with a Jump Pack, Blessed Weapon, Cloak of St. Aspira and maybe a Rosarius? It is still WYSIWYG as far as I am concerned. Celestine has that nice cloak held up by Cherubs that could represent Aspira, the obvious Blessed Weapon, that halo thing for her Rosarius (if I chose to use one) and she flies around normally anyway so the Jump Pack should be no problem. Sure, the model doesn't carry a pistol, but as far as I am concerned, a Blessed Weapon Canoness doesn't necessarily need a pistol anyway, it doesn't give her an extra attack since the BW is 2 handed, so who cares. If I really want her to have a ranged weapon I could give her a Brazier of Holy Fire. Celestine's sword shoots out flames under her rules anyway.
Would this be a problem?
I have no problem with making your own special characters. What I mean is: if you wish to use Celestine as a regular Cannoness, sure. I'd allow it (after all, I'm more about tactics, not how much you invest in the game! Granted, using such a unique model, I'd at least prefer you came up with a Name for your Cannoness) .. but.. you cannot expect everybody to feel the same way. I would suggest doing a minor conversion, such that she is still noticeably Celestine, yet still noticeably not... if you know what I mean...? That way you could still play switch: Use the model as Celestine, or use the model as a really cool Cannoness! (with a name, of course)
My two gold teefs, at least-
I've recently become a fan of this thing called Dubstep. And you should too.

Da Moo Kowz is da drinkinest Orks of dem all!
I use celestine as my cannoness with blessed weapon and jump pack. It is just a great model to use for the said roll without having to convert your own.
That being said I am also really wanting to make my own conversion now. It seems everytime I go "Ok my witch hunters army is done" I find something else I want to paint and model.
I'd have no problem accepting that people will use the Living Saint as a jump pack cannoness.
Though I myself prefer to convert one up. The Seraphim Vet Superior model is a good starting point but I've done one with Bertha Bestraufrung from Mordheim.
And over there we have the labyrinth guards.
One always lies, one always tells the truth, and one stabs people who ask tricky questions.
I modded my Celestine to make a Cannoness and I think it turned out great.
If you're going to go through putting Celestine together only to be used as a Cannoness, you might as well go all out and mod it or use it as Celestine
EDIT: Pasted two links to the front, my bad. Also, this is Sister Palestine, High Cannoness of the Order of the Divine Aegis.
