I haven't played loyal marines in years, my current armies are Death Guard and Imperial Guard. But now I'm thinking of starting a loyal marine force with a pre-heresy theme cause I've always like the Horus Heresy artwork.
Problem is I'd like to include a dreadnought like the one below but I'm unsure if you can take dreads with two close quarter weapons in the new codex?
the ironclad dreadnought is kind of like that, though it's not two dreadnought close combat weapons (ie hands); one's a seismic hammer; though there is no current model so what it looks like is up to your interpretation. course you could always change that out for a chainfist if you want to keep the hand-y looks.
the regular dreadnoughts can't though, but in all melee assault aspects, the ironclad is a better version anyways. just need to do a little converting.
The Blood Angels have a kind of Dread called the Furioso, it has 2 Close Combat Weapons exactly as shown.
