I know this question gets asked a lot, but this is slightly different. I DO know what models to use, just have to make a decision between 3 different options.
Catachan Jungle Fighters - Come in boxes of 20, which is perfect considering I want 80 Zealots. With the right paint job and minor conversions, they dont look TOO military. Plus I wont need to worry about acquiring, or spending extra money on, round bases. Downside is, they will always still look a little too organised and professional for Zealots.
WFB Empire Militia - Also come in boxes of 20, which definitely helps. These guys definitely do not look like military and do not look organised. Downside is that they look a little bit too 'fantasy' and not enough '40k', with their swords and clothing. Also, they only come with square bases, so I would need to buy 80 round bases. Not fun, and raises the price a bit.
WFB Empire Flagellants - These look the best and most suitable out of the three choices, but only come in boxes of 10. Whilst their boxes are cheaper, they still work out more expensive in the long run as I need twice as many of them. Also need to get 80 round bases, so raising the price even more. .
So that is it I think. The more expensive the option, the better they look. I just cant decide what to use! Ideas and opinions?
Check out the Redemptionist Gang and you can look up special character for them as well. These guys look very good as Zealots
I know we all love GWS models but there are some war machine variants that look good as zealots as well...
Also there are alot of Reaper mini's that will work as zealots

I'd get the zealots and mix em with militia and daciand bits... That way they'll be suitable insane and futuristic and not too Arnold Schwarzenegger (I've never been a fan of those catachan models).
Got a "good" rumour from a GW staffer? Forget about it, LO'ers know more than any random GW shop staffer.
Voor alle nederlanders:
The Dutch Legion
Thanks guys, pretty much sticking with GW models though. Much easier for me to acquire and probably cheaper (I'm in Australia, probably need to get non-GW stuff shipped over from the US, which attracts all sorts of crazy prices and taxes).
I had another idea. Would buying a box of Catachan AND a box of Militia (with a packet of round bases) and mixing their bits together work? Or even a box each of all 3 choices and mixing them? Sounding good to me... might have to look into this.
I didn't think I was a "noob" with my WH army... but what are zealots? Idon't recall seeing them in the codex. Some sort of White Dwarf addition?
EDIT: Actually they're more like Kroot except they're all S3 and don't have Hounds or Krootox. They're the most expensive but I'd probably go with the Flagellants:
I mean look at them, they're awesome Mordheim Witch Hunter Warbands and Sisters of Sigmar are kinda cool too.

I hate to tell you this but with the new guard codex catachans now come in boxes of 10.
