Would you rather buy a $40 5 men assult squad or a $35 5 men scout squad as a more stronger "ASSULTY" choice considering the price and assult strenght.??

The Assault Squad because their total 18" of movement when charging is priceless.

Assault marines have Higher WS and BS, better Sv, better movement, can deep strike and can take flamers and lightning claws or thunderhammer on Sgt
Scouts are cheaper (in points) can infiltrate or outflank, move through cover, can scout (to get close for early charge) and Sgt is as good as any other sgt, except for the save. Also they can score
5 man squads are quite vulnerable though. Scouts should be supported in combat if possible, and assault marines benefit greatly for being led by Captain or Chaplain.

Neither. I'd get my 5 man assault squad off of ebay for 30$. Canadian!

Assault squad close combat unit = 10 members is necessary, 2 flamers and thunder hammer
Scouts - alone weak, you must have proper plan how to use their infiltration
No question for me. Assault squad all the way. Scouts have WS & BS lower and armor save is lower and their speed is lower. Easy choice!
Once a Marine, always a Marine.
Against WS4(MEQ) scouts are equally as offensive as assault marines in hand to hand. They are slightly less resilient though, having a worse armour save. However, the scouts have the advantage of being scoring.

Outflanking scouts with a power fist is hard to beat, if you need speed they can be faster than assault marines, deep strike, scout move, or outflank in a lland speeder storm.
