WHat should be the best most affective vehcles for a 6 men command squad?
What are you going to have your command squad do? How are they equipped? Not that I (personally) would be able to give you an answer if I knew that, but it's pretty hard to say without knowing what the unit is supposed to do and how it's equipped.
You play your game, I'll play mine.
Ok then my squad consists of
1 vet with plasma pistol and powerfist
1 vet power fist
standard bearer with bolt pistol
1 company champion
chapter master with powerfist and storm bolter
I like it to be very assulty which or the early turns of the game can assult
I, personally, favor a Razorback with twin-linked Heavy Bolters.
It depends on how you run the rest of your army. Do you use a lot of drop pods, or a lot of rhinos/razorbacks? Personally, I would keep the whole army using the same kind of transport. If you use a lot of pods, put the command squad in one. If you go more mechanised, put them in a Razorback.
Thou shalt remember:
Warhammer Fantasy armies do NOT have Codices. They have Army Books.

Few points, so here goes.
1) You've selected a Chapter Master, though a Command Squad can ONLY be taken with a Captian. Double-check your data
2) Your Command Squad has a lot of close-combat power and very little in the way of ranged power, so it needs to get into close combat fast.
3) 3 fists is one hell of a lot of S8 hits. I personally think that will both be overkill and the downfall of this unit - those fists will always strike last, making them succeptuble to any unit that can hit back...
4) A Fist on a Captain or Master is one really big waste of his higher initiative which is part of what you're paying for with that model...
Anyway, if that really is how you want to take your command squad, it should focus on hitting vehicles (AV13/14) and hit them fast, so Drop-pod into cover on turn 1, then hunt tanks from then on. Hitting anything else (even MC's) will be a tragic nightmare, as your command squad will get minced through lack of bodies to share wounds around before getting the fists to hit...
A Razorback is a potential option, but 3 fists in such a soft transport will be #1 on most enemy's 'To-Hit' list.
