trying to put together my land speeder and the body of the thing is kind of warped and will not really line up. are there any ideas as to how to fix this problem? thank you for your time and help.
The speeders are noutorious for not fitting from the box.
You can try to GENTLY bend them into right shape, and if u dont feel like it aply a bit more glue and press the parts togheter for a longer time when u assemble it. I have only assembled one speeder so far but that one I bent for a more snug fit. Just be careful and youl do fine.
The new kit is worse then the old kit but makes it more compact in the sprue so you can get extra sprue with all the weapons on it.
PS. Old kit sucked at putting together new kit is even worse.
Had same problem just get some C-clamps and use them to hold parts together until dry.
I had to use a load of elastic bands to keep the effing thing together during glueing, and i got 3 Landspeeders Stupid model.
Got a "good" rumour from a GW staffer? Forget about it, LO'ers know more than any random GW shop staffer.

Just built my first land raider and had the same problem. Try superglue instead of normal plastic glue on the difficult bit. Worked for me, but the warp was only about three millimetres.
Jager bombs. Very efficient at wiping out friend or foe.
Dang, so what you guys are saying is that if I don't need any of the tornado weapons for my LS, then the old one my FLGS has on clearance is a sweet deal and no harder to assemble than the new one?
