For my ongoing DA force, I was thinking of adding two Predators.
One with twin-linked lascannon (turrent), and lascannon (sides). The other with autocannon (turrent), and heavy bolter (sides).
Is this good, or should I mix up the weapons a bit more?
Thank you, in advance, for your help/opinions.
Sounds balanced. 1 for anti-tank 1 for anti-infantry. It would mostly depends on your entire army composition, if its too much 1 way or another.
Lascannon predator is stupidly overpriced. You can fit in better anti-tank on Bikes, Speeders, Vets, and Dreads. Stick with the dakka Pred, it's cheap and shooty and effective against lighter vehicles.

I was unfortunate enough to buy a second-hand pred with TL-Las and HB sponsons, and its darn expensive for what it is. Its good as an all-rounder, but doesnt specialise enough in any department to be worth playing every game...
basic rule of thumb is go for either all autocannon/HB, or all Las. If you really want to take Las, add the sponsons onto an autocannon pred - its roughly the same effective power at a lot less cost than all las.
But remember, never take just 1! One tank is easy pickings.
I usually have pretty good luck with a pred with TL las and no sponsons. It has been the bane of quite a few tanks. Allows you to move and still shoot. Of course its one of my main long range anti-armor in my SWs (other than Long Fangs)
Sounds if I have alot of thinking to do.
Predator Destructor is the way to go my brother!
As mentioned prior to me the lascannon kit is far overpriced.
I use Chronus in a larger point game with the destructor and watch in glee as every smokin bolt tears home!
hope that helps ya!

Yeah, the Annihilator is overpriced, but on the other hand, you do get a lot more points for your money! It's a shame really because I like the all las pred, and I'd probably get one if they were a bit cheaper in points.
Heck, I might get one anyway after all I'm a painter/collector who rarely games, so the fact that it's overpriced in game doesn't matter that much to me. In fact, when i write lists I pick 'cool' things rather than 'effective' things anyway.

Thou shalt remember:
Warhammer Fantasy armies do NOT have Codices. They have Army Books.
