I can see it now A towering Titan coverd with holy icons and huge flamers that acted like Strength 10 Ap 1 !!!!!!!!! Is it just me or would u love to see a sisters titan! even tho it may not be correct fluff wise i still have a thing for really really big models!
Chances are, since they ARE Imperial scum, they would just borrow a Jackal Pattern Warhound Titan -- it's sufficiently pyrotechnical to use in a Sisters army.
If you think about it, not even Space MArines or Imperial Guard have them, they always have to allie themselves with the Adeptus Mechanicus for support so no chance to the Adepta Sororitas to have one..... no chance at all....
dude read some fluff regarding the Titans and stop such stupid suggestions
titans are fielded in their won legions, no army has their won titans they have to be allied for a specific battle
OK Hugus and Dreachon, although i also think this is a stupid and useless question i just get anoyed by people like you two who ALWAYS bring in the "Fluff" that Pyro is going against. Heck Pyro even mentioned pretty much putting all fluff aside and you guys still talk about it. Sorry but i just get anoyed when i see this, Pyro wasnt askin if its fluffy or not, nor does s/he care, s/he is just implying about how it would be cool.
Dreachon and HUgus are correct but it also goes against another pieace of old fluff. Generally any SOB weaponry favours flame weaponry over ballistic weaponry for heavy support hence the reson why we only used to have an immolator instead of any other tank goodies (or at least that’s how the old fluff was stated, these days so much of the sob has been contradicted including the dire fact that the inquisition and the sisters are supposed to be worst enemies…ahem) however this old criteria of fluff could be comprimised easily by having one massive flamer Titan. Sure it will never happen and it dose go against all fluff but the actual image is still appealing. Well the sisters already have their own space fleet (converted from imperial guard), I’m sure there’s no harm in comprehending what an sob titan may involve.
This topic is starting to bear a slight resemblance to SoB terminator topics I've seen in the past.
And over there we have the labyrinth guards.
One always lies, one always tells the truth, and one stabs people who ask tricky questions.
Grand Master Seth: You might not like the fluff involved in the game but IMO and I hope in most people's the fluff is what really makes an army different from the other.
Each army and their fluf greatly influence their performance on the battlefield.
I can't see the Tau being a shooty army without advanced technology, Orks being cc orientaded if they weren't violent and so forth......
The army list may do the armies but the fluff makes the hobby....
Ok Hogus you completely misunderstood my comments. I wasnt refering to All fluff but merely talking about how you brought up fluff when someone was just trying to comprehend how cool a SOB Titan would be. Obviously it is against Fluff which i already stated that Pyro said in the original post. Its more or less me just getting anoyed when people bring up fluff when it is not needed like when you say how it is impossible... we know it is but we are merely implying how it would be. Pyro wasnt asking how possible it was but just how cool it would be so really your post was unnecessary for pyro already stated that s/he knew this.
Also where does it state anywhere in the post that I do not like fluff, i love fluff and know the vast majority of it so believe me i could have made the same comment you originally did but i knew that it was unnecessary.
Well im not sure if you consider it a Titan, but for what its worth there is a very large tank displayed in the witch hunters codex. On page's 12 and 13 if you look at that enormous church in the backround closely you will notice that it is on tank treads. Its a mobile fortress.
