Why does'nt cato sicarius have furious charge in his special rules page?
If they did, then they would have to raise his cost over 200. And they didn't want to raise his cost because they probably wanted him to be in-line with the costs for all the other SM characters (in the SM codex) other than Marneus, who is supposed to be the baddest SM hombre around, and Tigurius, the greatest Librarian.
He already has the ability to instant death people at Initiative 5, he doesnt need Furious Charge.

The way I see sicarius is as a very tactical and calculating leader. He sits back and counter attacks or preforms a vital strike when necessary.
He does not simply run out on to the battlefield for no reason other than getting some enemy bolld on his sword like a character with furious charge would be likely to do.
IG Best Gen 1st overall of 10 DE 4th overall of 6

Simply put, he is a master tactician, not a wild combat monster. I think he is perfect the way he is
"All of the tainted shall fall before me".
Because you can Outflank with a mounted Tactical Squad if you take him.
And he doesn't need it.
Also he probably doesn't want it because he's a Rude Dude with a crude attitude.
because he doesn't have it and has no reason to have it, so deal with it
Becasue WHY was tank hunters in the previous codex along with the options of furious charge for terminators, veteran squads and command squads and now since the new codex has come theres no furious charge for selection.
