Any good advice on how to easiest kill Stompas (in apocalypse of course) when the Imperial Side has no Super-heavies? Is it to rush it with SS/TH-terminators or just field a crap load of Lascannons and hope for the best?
Any other tactics?

Coupla squads of TH SS termies oughtta do it
For get your Mr T, John Mayer leaks pure awesomeness with every note he plays.
there is a space marine formation for apocalypse based around lysander and a bunch of thunderhammer terminators... i'd look into that. they have some additional special rules that should come in handy. i'm not too clear on what they are (i don't play apoc) but basically it does what you're looking for. also take a void grenade as an asset. its pretty much what they are for if i'm not mistaken aside from that concentrated fire from a couple of squadrons of attack bikes or speeder squadrons could probably nuke the thing reasonably well at close range, if nothing else it could prep it to die from a terminator assault later that turn.
Too bad you play BT, otherwise I'd get a unit of Sterns with combi-meltas in a drop pod and drop it very close to the stompa. Heck, it's apocalypse...just say you have some ultramarine allies.
You can also deepstrike some assault marines w/meltabombs or land speeders w/multi-meltas, though these come with risks especially if your opponent has a lot of models on the board.
