If you take a Librarian in a Tournament list, you have to choose his powers to suit any of the opponents that you might likely face over the course of the tournament.
This, combined with the multitude of roles that a Librarian can fullfil, obviously means that everybody has their own idea of what the ideal combo of two powers will be.
This is exactly what this thread is about. State which two powers you will choose and why you pick them. Feel free to discuss how this fits in with the role he plays in your army etc.
PS- I wanted to make this a poll, but all the options just made it too daunting (i'm a very lazy poster)
Jump Pack Epistolary with Force Dome and Might Of Ancients in an Assault Squad. MoA and the force weapon for thwacking Monstrous Creatures, Force Dome and MoA for regular assaults.
I've been highly considering a Jump Pack Epistolary, with Quickening / MoA. Using him solo as a secondary punch into an existing CC. Just a fun idea, not sure its tournament worthy.
The other popular build seems to be ranged based with a Sterngaurd Squad GoI and Smite/Vortex/Aveneger

Smite, Gate and a ten man sternguard squad
MoA, Vortex in termie armour
Smite, Avenger against nids
Just some of my favourite combos (they're pretty useful)
For get your Mr T, John Mayer leaks pure awesomeness with every note he plays.
Lately what I've tried, and this is truly scary to the opponent:
Librarian - Epistolary, Terminator, Storm Shield, Gate, Nullzone
10x TH/SS termies
No one wants to get charged by this group.
PS - I also got Shrike as a 2nd HQ.
I agree with JY2 but to make it cheaper I dont use termie armour
