I'll translate this for you, it might get your more replies. Just a little hint: people like to be able to read things and not have their eyes rebel and their mind leap out of the back of their neck.
If I were you I'd merge the two sternguard squads - you can still combat squad them to get the same result, but if you play an Annihilation match you won't be offering them a KP you didn't need to.
I'd also drop the Scout Bikers, and use those points to buy your captain and sergeants a power weapon, relic blade or lightning claw.

Righto, combining the two sternguard squads will certainly be an improvement. Not taking so many would be the better improvement.
The basic Pred isnt really offering much. 2 shots per turn is small potatoes, though it could be quite difficult for them to kill.
The Scout Biker is pretty much a 1trick poney (the mines) so drop it, it wont be worth it in the long run
The captain is a sitting duck without wargear. A basic Chaplain would do you more favours and cost the same amount.
I would make :
Chaplain with jump pack (115points)
1x5strong Sternguard squad (125points)
2x10strong Tactical Squads w/ Flamer, Missile Launcher in a Rhino each.(410points)
1x10strong Assault squad w/ Power Fist and 2x Flamers (235points)
Then either - an extra power fist on a tactical squad (giving you 5 points to spare for, say, meltabombs)
A power weapon in each tactical squad, taking you to exactly 1000points.
My list has one large, fast moving unit that is able to hit on turn two and hold one or more units in close-combat, right where Tau hate to be, while the two tactical squads and sternguard squad flank and shoot down anything that the whirlwind fails to deal with.
Use the Rhino's as a mobile-shield for the Assault Marines, letting them live longer, and you'll see good results in most cases.
i was think of change some things for anti tank for guard but i dont know what jet but i don't like assault verry much
