    Army Builder + Heavy Flamers

The files for Imperial guard came out in French today.

Anyone have a good idea of when English comes out? "June 2009" is a big window.

Also are heavy flamers a one wound "guardsman" rather than a two wound "Heavy Weapons Team" ?

That window is getting smaller every day... look at it as 'within 3 weeks'

regarding the heavy flamer, it's one wound. it's called 'heavy' because it's stronger than a normal flamer, but it's still an assault 1 weapon.

The tentative date was around the 15th. They said the IG file was in testing and they're doing some updates to other files as well.

I am dieing to get the Army Builder file as well. I actually made an excel sheet with every option to hold me off in the interim. Problem is the sheet does not generate the list, just adds the points.

Heavy Weapons Teams are: lascannon, autocannon, mortar, heavy bolter and missile launcher

I got the French versioin because I figured I could at least use that but it sucks. Its missing a lot, vets are elites and cost 60 points, I didnt think you could still and heavy weapons squads to HQ units

Did you buy the codex? It's pretty clear when it says that one model may replace his lasgun with a Heavy Flamer.

Thank you for the insight but I thought it was pretty clear when the other people just answered the question rather than be snide.

But thank you for the confirmation.
