Right now I have:
-Chaplain, Lib in Terminator armour
-Dread w/ ML/TLLC
-8x termies (i have Cyclone, AC and H. Flamer)
~40 Marines, enough for 4 squads (2x meltagun, 2x plasma, 2x flamer)
-5 scouts w/ CCW
-5 Assault Marines (Sgt PF)
-2 Attack bikes w/ multi-melta
-2 Pred, one destrutor and one annihilator varient
-Devies, have 4x ML, 1x LC, 2x PC
Question is what do you guys think I should be getting next? I think I have enough troops, and a variety of special weapons and sergeants for most game types. I kinda want to fill out my Assault squad and get my Chaplain a jump pack, but also need to fill out my scouts, as well as perhaps add some rhinos. Would also like another dreadnought.
Anything else you guys suggest? I usually play 1000 pt battles, maybe moving towards 1250-1500pt.

Rhinos and filling out your assault squad is a good idea. (When you get Rhinos, get the Razorback so you have options for both) I'm a big fan of the Whirlwind for anti-infantry purposes (this can also be used as a Rhino with a top swap)
Other than that, another Dred (AC/DCCW/HF)? More HQ?
I would get more Rhinos. I agree with MC Bone Giant that buying Razorback kits are the better option so you can have both. Filling out the Assault squad is definitely a good idea. Get some powerfist equipped sergeants if you can.
Vindicators are always fun.

Thanks guys, I forgot about taking a Vindi or whirlwind, I may end up getting that first. Being slightly price concious, I like the Whirlwind idea (acting as a rhino when needed). Then Assault Marines!
As for HQ, I don't really know how a Captain fits my army; to be honest I try to take as little HQ as possible as I think Marine troops/elites are better than their HQ (and i'm not looking to take one of the special HQs)

If you aren't using your Librarian to his fullest extent I would recommend dropping him. Or at least keep him around depending on who your opponent is (Drop Pod army/Demons/Psykers).
Chaplains are only truly worth their points if they're attached to a squad, in the case of your army the assault marines (When they hit 10 units strong).
In a troop heavy army like this, consider taking a "counts as" Sicarius Captain. In a troop heavy army he brings so much to the table (no pun intended), that's how I'm having my army led in less than 2k point games. Depending on how you want to use your HQ (And it sounds like HQ choices don't interest you) you don't even need to do anything with Sicarius. Put him on the field, maybe keep him with a Tactical Squad and just roam the battle field. The abilities he gives your whole army are worth the 200 points ALONE. Plus the ability to give a tactical squad infiltrate, scout, tank hunters, or counter-attack is amazing if you use the right ability on the right squad. All models use his LD value, all models can re-roll initiative rolls. And should he get into combat he has FNP, and his one Str6 instant death attack. He's an unbelievable model when paired with the right force.
Since my army is troop heavy and fields multiple assault marine squads I field a Chaplain with the assault squads and Sicarius. Sicarius can just sit back and watch the battle by himself, but he has the option to go with a command squad I have just in case I'm against a big opponent (Be it one single monster or a horde army).
