anyone knoe if gw's gonna make plastic gk's?
No time soon. Certainly not within the next two years. GW has promised to update all current 40K codexes before a new core rules set (i.e., 6th edition), and that all such work would be done "within about 5 years". We're at the tail end of that, if they even intend to maintain that oral promise.
So don't hold your breath.
That said, any new plastics would have to be really amazing. The current metal minis are terrific, and still the best looking stuff from Citadel (IMHO).
ninjabackhand: point and click, again, really? even after i give you an military term "shock tactic" you still call it point and click.

Its a price issue with metal miniatures.I also don't understand all the people complaining about metal. Its the same as plastic.... Some paint my chip off, w/e. Grey Knights are silver anyway.
And my GK are blue!
Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that, who cares, your a mile away and you have his shoes!!
Chuck Norris invented water
I don't really see the price argument. Plastic minis are really expensive too. I finish painting about one unit a month on average, so a few dollars saved per unit seems rather trivial. A can of primer, two pots of pain, or a brush can cost more than a mini. Hobbies are expensive. Ever play Magic the Gathering? Took up cycling or another sport?
Others say they can't get their metal minis to glue together. I wonder what kind of glue they're using or why they don't have a pin vise.
Most people claim that plastic is easier to convert, which is definitely a good point. On the other hand most people don't paint very well or at all, so I just shrug. And the best metal minis don't really need converting.
well i have my hands on what looks exatcly like grey knight termies, albeit slightly more archaic which is awesome, just putting storm bolters and psycannon on them now,
EDIT: oh their plastic
Death to the Alien!
