THoughts on this turret? Seems rather handy. Could you fire both weapons if you move at combat speed since their on the same turret?
In a weapon destroyed situation, would both weapons be destroyed since their on the same turret?
what would you rather choose on the razorback? LC/TL PG? TL LC? TL AC? TL HB?

The TL/TLPC turret counts as two weapons, both for the purpose of firing and for weapon destroyed results.. So no you cant fire both when moving, and no they wouldn't both be destroyed.
As for which turret I'd rather field it'd be either the twin hBolters for cheapness or the twin assault cannons for sheer killing power..
I posted my thoughts on each of the variants here, but seeing as you've already posted comments in this thread you probably already know..?

I'd just go TL Las myself. A SM transport is already a target, why not force the issue? Say "Hey, take this out or it's gonna do a lot of damage." With a few you can shift some early attention to your Razorbacks, might be useful.

The reason being that twin-linked does not do all too much at BS4. The following tables show the average glancing and penetrating hits from both turret mounts (at different ranges). While the twin-linked lascannon is slightly superior at long-range and has the advantage on AV14 and - since glancing hits aren't as dangerous as they used to be - probably at AV13 too, the lascannon and twin-linked plasma guns become very effective on light armour.
Razorback are transports, so they will most likely not be sitting back. Thus range as an issue can be almost entirely neglected. Most of the time you rush forwards 12", unload your rapid-firing Marines and blow the smoke launchers, and next turn you should well be able to shoot the lascannon and plasma guns from the position you are in.
So only against really heavy armour are the twin-linked lascannons better, while against everything else the lascannon and twin-linked plasma guns mount will be more effective and as such will perform much better against the vast majority of targets on the battlefield. You can dish out a lot more hits with that mount and as such will be much more flexible in killing infantry, monstrous creatures and lightly and medium armoured vehicles while at the same time being only slightly less effective against heavily armoured vehicles.
Keep in mind that since you have two weapons on the Razorback it won't stop dealing damage after the first weapon destroyed result...
