Stupid question, but is there anyways for Witch Hunters to use drop pods? I'm mostly curious what one would look like
Sisters are just not tough enough to survive it.
They don't drop in a pod ... they drop with faith
How many FPs would that cost you? =P
Perhaps we will get drop pods when we get the new codex...in 10-15 years...
If they were to use one for whatever reason it would be a common imperial drop pod, same as the space marines use, but even then most behind the lines attacks would be the tasks of storm troopers rather than sororitas and would be undertaken by covert insertion via landing craft rather than dropping into the enemy lines.
it would be nice for a way to deep strike. I have always enjoyed deep striking armies... There is just something scary when your oppenent deploys nothing...
Aggies for 40k - PM me for details.
But i can kinda see them drop podding actually, if it's cleared up whether or not they would survive such a drop. Imagine a global city under open revolt, why not ram the sister straight into the crowds? The impacts alone would be a potent weapon against such a enormous crowd.
Got a "good" rumour from a GW staffer? Forget about it, LO'ers know more than any random GW shop staffer.
