Put em in a rhino. Rhino's are cheap and great for getting troops to a target area and then jumping out and blasting your enemies.
Of course, deep striking them is a pretty good idea too. Especially small squads of 5 with melta guns or plasma guns. It's a pretty nice anti marine/vehicle strike force.
with the rhino's weak armour and the IST's carapace arn't you running a bit of a risk of having them all taken out if the rhino get's hit too hard with them inside
Inquisitorial Stormtroopers seem pretty shooty to me, (particularly since they can't hold a light to Sisters in Close-combat due to lack of AoFs and carapace armor,) and, if you can spare the points, would probably be best fitted with a chimera, (multilaser, hull heavy-bolter, open the top to shoot a plasmagun or whatever, etc.) 12 armor in the front and with an EA/SL combo, the chimmie would survive alittle longer and pack a bigger punch.
But then, I just like the idea of dropping out troops and shooting a barrage of weapons from them and the men, (you can shoot the multi-laser and heavybolter after moving and deploying troops due to heavy bolter being a defensive weapon.)
