Welcome to Librarium Online!
Hey all, I play Crimson fist, but usually use them as vanilla. ive been running a LRR with assault termies and either a chappy or pedro inside recently. After getting discouraged that my LRR just gets blown up every game like turn 2 and never delivers its package....I recently reworked my list and added two dreds, a another tac squad, and some attack bikes for teh same points basically. The problem I am having now is that when someone elses big bad squad of Nobs, terminators, grey knights, etc... roll up on me they just eat through me.
Im am curious what people are using to handle these nasty melee squads. I have seen Assault Termies, Reg Termies, and command squads. I usually play 2K points and I have all models (well not space wolves)
When 1 Land Raider fails, take 2!
Failing that, shoot them. Use your mobile units to lead them along, punish them with fire, and don't be afraid to sacrifice your cheaper units. You've got Crimson Fists, make stubborn work for you. Nob Bikers hate tarpits.

Foremost, you want to "take care" of those anti-tank squads. Drop-pod the "needed" (preferred sternguard ) choices, near them, and take them out.
Nobs/termies/grey knights can be taken out using plasma weapons.
You always have the option of DSing your terminators.
You don't always have to outcombat a combat unit/army. As suggested, shooting will usually be the best way to go, as it is typically the most reliable way to kill a combat unit (since, if you challenge them in combat, you are fighting them in their element). Concentrate your firepower on these units and they will fall quite quickly, even those nasties in terminator armour or equivalents.
Down their transports, then focus your fire onto the units themselves, and you shouldn't have any huge issues.
