I am assembling my first non-AOBR tactical squad and noticed that the bolters have grips and triggers on them and that the marine arms are modeled to be gripping another grip. Am I actually supposed to cut off all of the grips on the bolters? It seems silly to me that they would make you do that, but it is GW...

The reason they have the grips attached is so that you have options when modeling.
I have a Marine holding the bolder in his left hand by the grip halfway up the gun and he is about to throw a grenade from his right hand. Now the Bolter would look silly with a hand attached to it or no grip. This is purely to allow players to model their marines however they want, and you will have to cut off the grip to attach it to the arm but with a sharp knife that is no major issue.

I have sadly passed that line o.0?
