my army needs some mobile anti tank. what do you think would better 2 land speeders with 2 multi meltas or 3 bikes with a meltagun and an attack bike with multimelta. the bikes can move 12 and 24 for the multimelta. but for the landspeeders i can deep strike behind tanks and shoot. i am open to any other idea also.
I prefer land speeders mainly because A) they can go through buildings and terrain, they are cheaper and C) they are slightly harder to kill than bikes due to the fact that bikers can be killed by bolter fire whereas it's harder to do that to a LS.
Record: Win - Loss - Draw: Hive Fleet Pandora (New) 32-6-6 Space Wolf 7th Co. 52-11-6
Blood Angels 12-4-2 Daemonhunters 20-8-3
Imperial Guards 12-5-2 Daemons 8-3-2
thats what i was thinking plus if they move then they need a 4+ or 6+ to hit, depending on how far i move?
For Space Wolves it's no question, Land Speeders are infinitely superior to Swiftclaws thanks to BS4.
Unless you're playing Orks. The entry for Lootas may as well be subtitled "Death To AV10."

I run Land Speeders, but am always careful not to overkit them.
While tougher (in my opinion) than bikes, they are not hardy enough to fully kit out every model.
I love the deepstriking ability they have, right behind big enemy guns.
So, go the LS option, more efective than Swift Claws me thinks.
