due to the lack of close combat units and the one or two we have aint that awesome... i think that a psykic power that is able to pushback an enemy unit 2D6" away from a selected friendly unit would be nice...its still no big game turning thing but still to make it abit harder for, lets face it, Every other army to kill a 10man troop in one go.(Chaos, Nids, Eldar, SM, Orcs and even Tau can take a IG in CC any day)what you think?nothing big but to give one unit a chance to live another turn ^_^
its too much like lash of submission or the necron nightbringer power, obviously if we got this imperial guard armies would have a huge advantage, its not a new idea we've seen it before, i just think its too much of an advantage.
and tau cant beat guard in CC
Tau's "Beast" units eats them like there is no tomorrow! ^_^
but tau firewarriors wont no...
anywhooo, ok then i know that its not a new thing
but still its not 'That' big advantage, Eldar has counterspells aganst other psykers and i myself wouldent use a psyker under 1500p and we seldom play 1500 or over.
Instead of asking for a rule change that would minimize your primary weakness, why not instead come up with tactics that do the same? That way, you won because you outplayed your opponent, not because GW took pity on you.
IG since 1999 __ DA since 2002 __ Tau since 2005 __ SoB since 2007
Brets 1997-1999 __ TK since 2009 __ Empire since 2010
I could imagine that if that happened a Primaris or Battle Squad could just push a Khorne Beserker/Nob/Assualt Termie/Kroot/Flayed Ones/Striking Scorpion squad back, then FRFSRF'ing repeatedly.
