Just wondering what you all think about the loadout options for the Baal pred. I"m tempted to go 100 percent flamer because i really just like flame throwers However I know that probably wouldn't be the most effective option. What do you think is the best way to work this BA tank?

Flamer range is melta range, and bad things happen to vehicles in melta range.
I like the dakka variant, just because I can sit back and ping at side armor all day.

i like flame turret and Hb sponsons, dakka away until youve dealt with the enemies tanks and then shootforward to burn people off objectives at s6ap3 with no cover saves, flamestorm cannons are invaluable, on a fast vehicle...moreso.
I like the flamestorm/ HF variant for the scout move (when you go first). Scouting up to 12" away, then moving 6" and pouring out 3 flame shots is super fun. I like to outflank the Assault Cannon/ HB variant. Coming from the side and pouring a bunch of shots into a unit is a lot of fun too.
If you take the Flame variant and happen to go second, then you may as well outflank that one as well. If enemies stay near the sides you'll get shots when they come on, and if not, you can get into cover and then zip up to an enemy unit.
I wouldn't really mix and match.
Just the TLAC on mine. I use them as vanguard for the rest of my mech list, and since they draw a fair bit of fire I don't like putting more points into them then I have to.
3 flamer variant - keep in reserve and than go outflank and toast enemy troops on objective near map edge in later game, if you go first or second turn on table forward you toast 1 unit and than die because of melta etc., later from reserve you make the same but harder to counter your baal.
AC/HB variant - keep distance and shoot, if there is something what is able destroy you simply move away
As standard I use the AC/HB variant since it's a nice combo of medium-ranged anti-infantry and anti-light-tank. I do want to fiddle with the flamestorm cannon, however, since an AP3 template that wounds on a 2+ is simply too attractive to pass up, especially on a vehicle that can move 12'' and still fire it.
The flamer sponsons are really kind of useless, since without PotMS it will never get to fire more than two at a time. You'll always be wasting one, so that one has to make up for two HB sponsons.

Flame Storm Cannon turret one though is awesome. Being able to move 12" and unleash some Marine killing template death is just lovely. I can see myself loving them as much as i love my Bane Wolves in my Guard.
In my list though, I don't have trouble with killing infantry close up so, I've gone for the Assault Cannon Baals as they lend me some longrange punch against speeders/transports (like pesky M-Melta speeders) and infantry like lootas.
Always, always go fro the assault cannon, unless you're for some reason filled to the brim with that mid-str range of shooting.
I would usually say go AC/HB, as that just seems the most generically useful, which will let you pop the most rhinos, kill the most guys at range, really put the hurt on MCs, etc. However, as it's so fast, I'd be really tempted to put together an AC/Heavy flamer variant, as you could really get up in the enemies grill.
As to meltas, well, you gotta pick your targets.
