ok i have read a thread about deathwatch kill team but are they still legal
because they aren't in the codex any more
please help my
No I think not - not sure whether they've officially been canceled at any time.
But just take a glance at their rules.. Highly outdated.. And quite overpriced.. I like to use the models as Sternguard though.
First thing I thought of when reading the Sternguard rules in the 5th ed SM codex.
You could of course always use them in friendly games.

Isn't there a Kill Team mission in the new Battle Missions supplement?
I've recently become a fan of this thing called Dubstep. And you should too.

Deathwatch Kill Team
There used to be rules for fielding those in Chapter Approved articles.. Know there's some in the 2003 compendium, but as I recall the rules were updated when 4th ed SM codex came out, not dead-certain about the exact time though.
The rules are pretty dated - true grit is gone, the squad captain is dead weight (can't buy any equipment) and the librarian gets no psychic powers.
They do have meltabombs and deepstrike, so you might find a (somewhat shaky) home for them in a planetstrike game.
