I am not gonna agrue on either side of this one. I am really just curious if it would work.
I would vote no, I think the power states that the unit moves like jump infantry. Jumpers != tanks. thats my opinion, but i dont have the codex in front of me
Yeah well... NO.
It's not a tank.. It's a walker.
Edit: Even if you aren't taking any side, I'm curious as to why you'd even think it possible in the first place?
I didnt realize you had to be a tank to ram. I though being a tank just gave you the +1 str bonus.
You have to be a tank, the +1 is for ramming non-tanks. Like if my tank rams your walker, I get a +1 and you do not.
Totally irrelevant since you can assault it and get multiple S10 attacks on its back armour anyway.

Come, sons of LO! Kneel before Poodle!
Mr_Wayne: "Some people believe that the World Eaters do not field any ranged weaponry. Those people often die at a distance."
1) Walkers do not have the ability to tank shock therefore are unable to ram.
2) Going to have to agree with ze_poodle here, this is irrelevant. At best, from 11.9" away a a walker would produce a STR 5 hit against a rhino's side armor which at best you would glance (16% of the time).
Also you can only Ram one vehicle with an action so, he can't shudder through multiple vehicles.
If you kill it in CC in the first turn, that would count as you shouldering through it. If you get a consolidation move, then even better for your mental imagery.
