Greetings Fellow gamers,
In your opinion, what is a good apocalypse formation that would work well in 'normal' games? Obviously I wouldn't get the apocalypse benefits that normally go along with the datasheets.
For example: The whirlwind formation and land speeder spotter could theoretically fit into a standard 40k army.
I have some Space Marine models already (So much infantry), but I am interested in some of the apocalypse battle formations but not ONLY usable in apocalypse games.
Thank you for your ideas and time.

* "Call me old fashioned, but an evil ascension to power just isn't the same without someone chanting faux Latin in the background."
This datasheet includes 3 predators, although not much good on thei own when you include 3 they suddenly become quite deadly.
This would be a characterful and fun force to play with, on the field it would be very effective at killing elite infantry as well as vehicles.
The Line-Breaker squadron consisting of 3 vindicators is sure to deal with anything you foe can throw at you, it is also quite cheap nearly the same point as a 10 man squad of devastators with lascannons.
I often run 3 vindicators in my army - it's powerful mojo, and most of my opponents learn pretty quick to make them a high value target.
