As there is no cadian models for demo charges, has anyone got a easy way or simple replacement for them using like autocannon parts with a bit of green stuff?
I just give a guy running legs, strap as many grenades around his waste as possible, add the flamer fuel tanks, a sergeants head (so he's giving a battle cry) and a pistol.
If you have it also the missile launcher trigger arm.
This gives you a martyr bomber type guy, I started doing this in the last IG codex when you had the option of removing the demo charge guy from the table after he'd thrown his charge.

I stick the two sides of the autocannon ammo together and paint it up as a bunch of TNT with a casing round both the ends, with a handle. It fits perfectly either onto the cadian models back if its not wearing a backpack or in the models hand.
I use a tank mine from the "ork boyz" box, the bit is the same as the demolition charge from the Elysian troops from Forgeworld.
The hard part is acquiring the C4...
For Cadians, I guess I'd go with the fuel can idea. Much more fun though to go with something like a string of grenades for a makeshift big-boom-making-thingum.
RecklessFable's Journey to Mediocrity (Painting an IG army)
I've been addicted to World of Tanks lately and neglecting my IG... But it is so... much... fun!
For marbo, I took a lascannon power cell from a heavy weapons team, did some modification work on the opposite side (where it opens up, basically filling the hole).
I figure marbo would make do with what he has at hand. Overcharging a Lascannon power cell certainly seems like the kind of thing he would do.
I've seen someone take three missles from the heavy weapons kit, cut them up into long cylinders and using green stuff or wire to bind them together (though a simple glue can do it too). Add a strap or handle and pose the guardsman to look as if he's about to lob it. Piece of cake
