    Apocalypse Formations?

Just trying to keep this forum kicking...

My playing group has recently started Apoc. games (we did a 15k a few weeks ago...) and sisters really struggle against the shinier, newer, flashier equipment granted to the other armies. What have sisters been given in terms of Strategic Assets or Formations (or other units, whatever works) to keep up?

    Cheers,
    CG

Only one strategic asset - holy war (apoc reloaded) - AKA the 'ignore objectives and commit suicide' asset.

Two formations, both from IAA2 -
Convocation of wrath - mech sisters - 5-7 light vehicles. You basically pay 100 points to get dozer blades and books of st. lucius, and a +1 strength upgrade on flamers/heavy flamer for the unit.
Would be handy in a normal game, doesn't do more than prevent difficult terrain carparks in apoc.

Chorus of faith - 3-5 exorcists - you get (compulsory) laud hailers and holy icons on the exorcists for a small discount (or mark-up if you take only 3 tanks) which is just as useless as it sounds.
As long as the designated 'leader' exorcist is alive and every model in the formation has LoS and range to a target they may shoot twice at that target in the same turn, but then lose their following shooting turn entirely. Will inflict roughly two glancing hits on your average superheavy.

    And that's your lot.

How truly wonderful that all sounds.
