Imperial Guard Psycher battle squads and immolators with holy promethium? If Guard is the parent list you could get 3 of each (not that you'd want togoto that extreme, but you get the idea). Assuming the enemy isn't all fearless or stubborn (Nids come to mind first) it could cause at least some frustration for the opponent. Thoughts?
You'd cause more fear with Mech Guard.

i was under the impression that you couldnt take any WH heavy support if they were not the parent list
Suffer not the heretic. That's right, I'm looking at you Astartes Librarians.
One immolator with a cannoness retinue, one with some celestians, and one with dominions. Transports not heavy support.
If you think about what a Razorback with Heavy Flamer costs in the space marine codex, an immolator is actually a little better, what with being able to fire after moving 12" and all.
Non-fast heavy bolter and multimelta razorbacks cost 40 points for marines as opposed to 70 and 85 points for their WH counterparts.
The advantage of the immolator is the firing hatch - by design two sisters can shoot out of it, but 5th edition reduced this to one and the IA2 update doesn't list any fire points at all (in addition to being more expensive).
Basically they've been codex creeped, and now space marines can field scoring twin-melta squads in 'immolators' for less than the sisters.
