Razorbacks can take psycannons for exactly the same cost as assault cannons with psybolts. Landraiders can also upgrade their heavy bolters for the same cost.
Landraider crusaders can replace their assault cannons for four times the cost of taking psybolts - nice work there forgeworld.
Dreadnoughts can take psycannons for 5 points more than it would cost them in the codex - as with past IA updates I don't think FW actually proof read these things.
Lok is a xenos inquisitor with a powersword and costs as much as an SM captain for artificier armour, a 5++ save, and nightfighting.
And finally Rex is much cheaper (now only costs as much as a grand master) and has lost all of his initiative/weapon skill and retinue advantages in close combat against the daemon lords he was created to fight in return for the dark excommunication power and a nemesis force 'weapon' (he has a sword, but it doesn't count as a sword).
A fighty inquisitor is one who has flunked out of the Ordo Malleus. I think I'll pass on them and get a Grandmaster instead.

I like my Hector Rex model, so perhaps I'll use him as Draigo (just saved $35 which I'll spend on....on.....half a box of Grey Knights).
