Under Chaplain it states that the cost of crozius arcanam(power weapon) and rosarius are in the chaplains points value. Say if I wanted to add Lightning Claws to him, it would be logical to take of 15pts for the power weapon, since it says it is included in his points value..right. What do you think? Can I do this?
One more question is that for BA can a normal chaplain be used instead of a BA chaplain, because I find it tough to convert a BA chaplain
As to answer ur first question, I dont think you can take off points for not using the crozius and rosarius because its FREE. Therefore it has no points value to take out. But why would you want to give him anything else anyway? Free power weapon and inv. save!

No you cannot take away his Crozius arcanam to save 15 points.
Any chaplain model will work as a blood angel chaplain. Just paint up his chapter badge to reflect what chapter he belongs to.
Yes you can field a Chaplain with ought a death company, Check the Blood angels Q&A on the GW site, I believe you can find the points reduction their. I'm not 100% on this.
But if you’re fielding a chaplain with no death company and giving him lightning claws, why not field a Sanguinary high priest for roughly the same cost?
Im not fielding him without a DC
woops, my brain twistedinto. One more question is that for BA can a normal chaplain be used instead of a BA chaplain, because I find it tough to convert a BA chaplain
somthing meening you want a normal chapalin, not a blood angels chapalin that gets death company ...
